Great Hall

In comfortable technical rooms, the event's artists and leaders can prepare for their performance without any hindrance. We provide not only the technical execution of the events, but also take care of marketing activities to attract the audience using our social networks. We offer the necessary personnel for the event (tuner, lighting, wardrobe, waiter, bartender) and the services of the event manager. You can familiarize yourself with the technical equipment of the hall (Technical_equipment) and the plan of the hall (valmiera full_BP).

Seminar room and meeting room


A multifunctional seminar room with a lounge for coffee breaks and small talk. The seminar room has a projector and sound system. The room can be rented for events of various formats to meet clients' needs.

  • The room can accommodate up to 60 people.

Vernada and terrace

Summer events can be organised on the veranda and terrace during the warm season. If the weather is inclement, the veranda can be heated with gas lanterns. For more relaxed service and customer comfort, there is a fully equipped bar on the veranda. A projector and sound system can be set up in the room if needed. The terrace can accommodate up to 50 people, and the venue can be decorated according to the clients' wishes.

For events, we can provide a high-service catering service that will leave no guest indifferent and fit perfectly into the event programme. We are able to ensure quality both inside and outside the Valmiera Concert Hall. So far, we have been able to conjure up a pleasant bouquet of flavours in our dishes by the sea, in the forest, in the greenhouse and even on the raft. Wherever we are, we maintain a high catering service, taking care of the smallest details.
